Editing software refers to a number of different types of software designed to edit a certain type of file – image, sound, video, music, or animation. Video editing software A video editing software, like its name suggests, is designed to work with videos. Video editing software allows you to add various elements into a video files, including sounds, visual effects, make cuts to as well as edit the timeline.
Examples of video editing software includes CyberLink PowerDirector, Corel VideoStudio, Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum, Roxio Creator 2009 and Nero.
